Meet the Carpenters
We’re James and Kendra Carpenter. A husband and wife team, without one another The Carpenter Duo would not be here. Kendra does most of the designing and James does most of the building. The best part is we get to spend time together doing what we love.
Kendra: I was born and raised in the Rogue Valley. Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to be part of our community. Creating and designing has always been a big passion of mine. When James and I met, we talked about our dreams and goals and one of them was to own a business together. Once we got married and settled in we created The Carpenter Duo! (What a perfect last name to take) It has been so fun designing and building these project and no one else I’d rather do it with!
James: I grew up here in Southern Oregon and have a love of the outdoors, sports, and craftsmanship. I have been interested in tools and building things from a very young age. I enjoy blending old and new techniques to give our products an old fashioned touch with modern precision. I am always working to learn new techniques and improve my skill set. In my spare times I enjoy working on our Jeep, running/cycling, and exploring this beautiful state. I couldn’t ask for a better partner than my beautiful bride!
